The terms and conditions referred here is for the usage of the App. Devaansh Publications App is owned by Devaansh Publication, which is a Sole proprietorship firm having its registered office is Celebrity Tower, C-1101, Espire Towers, Hamilton Heights Sector-37, Palwal Road Faridabad-121003 Haryana. The term 'You' refers to the user or viewer of our app and ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ refers to the app.
The use of this App is subject to the following terms of use:
1. The content of this App is for the user’s general information and educational use only.
2. Services provided by Devaansh Publications may be subject to change and we may add, remove or modify offerings to its existing scope of Services.
3.Neither Devaansh Publications nor any third party will provide any warranty/guarantee to the accuracy, performance and suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this App for any particular purpose.
4. The users acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and Devaansh Publications expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Devaansh Publications may at its discretion revise the amount payable in respect of existing offerings forming part of the Services that may be made available to the user.
7. Devaansh Publications hereby notifies the users that it uses third party payment gateway service providers to process payment made by you towards the Service subscription. It is hereby clarified that Devaansh Publications will not be responsible for any payment failures or errors occurring due to technical issues at the bank’s end or issues arising from the third payment gateway and all such issues should be resolved directly between the user and the banking partner.
8. This app contains material which is owned by and licensed to Devaansh publications. Unauthorized reproduction/copying and modification of this material may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
9. Devaansh Publications reserves the right to cancel any subscription it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at its own discretion without any financial liability to the user.
10. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account as well as the login credentials to the account once the user becomes a subscribed user of the Application.
11. The user agrees to comply with the applicable local laws and regulation rules regarding the use of Devaansh publications App. Any dispute arising out of such use of the App is subject to Faridabad, Haryana Jurisdiction only.
